SFF Take
Oregon's pitching is good enough to steal one, but not good enough to steal two in Austin.
Will Sanford and the Ducks' rotation can navigate Texas' lineup on any given day; the problem is doing it twice in five games against a team with three legitimate weekend starters and a bullpen that doesn't miss pitches. Texas' offensive depth means Oregon can't lean on shutdown innings the way they do in the Pac-12; one mistake gets punished hard. The Longhorns' home-field advantage at Disch-Falk becomes a compounding factor in a series where Oregon needs to win two road games. The Ducks have the lineup to make noise, but this matchup shapes as a rotation win for Texas.
