These terms govern your use of Seeds For Feeds (seedsforfeeds.com), including the CWS Token Challenge game, the newsletter, and any comments or content you submit. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seeds For Feeds. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

CWS Token Challenge

The CWS Token Challenge is a free-to-play game. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or items of any kind. No purchase is necessary to participate. This game does not constitute gambling under any applicable law.

Odds and payouts. Odds are sourced from a third-party provider and are provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. Payouts are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed.

Game results. Bets are resolved using publicly available game results. We make reasonable efforts to resolve bets accurately, but errors are possible. Leaderboard standings and resolved bets are final once processed.

Our right to modify the game. We may change the rules, suspend, or end the game at any time without notice. We may void bets if we detect a technical error, odds feed failure, or any attempt to manipulate results.

Fair play. You may not use scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the game. You may not attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, exploit bugs, or interfere with other users. We may remove accounts that violate these rules.

User content

Leaderboard names. Your leaderboard name must not be offensive, obscene, or impersonate a real person or organization. We may change or remove names that violate this without notice.

Comments. You may post comments on game recaps and articles. You are responsible for what you post. Content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful is not allowed and will be removed. We may ban accounts that repeatedly violate this.

Your license to us. By submitting content (names, comments) you grant Seeds For Feeds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the site.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to receiving occasional emails from Seeds For Feeds. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not send spam and we do not share your email address with third parties.

Intellectual property

All content on Seeds For Feeds (articles, field notes, graphics, data, and code) is owned by Seeds For Feeds unless otherwise noted. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution, but may not reproduce content in full without permission.

No warranties

Seeds For Feeds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy of odds, scores, stats, or other data displayed on the site. Use the site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeds For Feeds and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of tokens, inability to place bets, or reliance on odds data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, as this is a free service with no monetary transactions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.
